The Newark Police Department is searching for Cheryl Tierney, a 67-year-old female. Tierney was last seen yesterday at her apartment at 1000 Fountainview Avenue and was last heard from on her cell phone at approximately 5:30 p.m. yesterday.

Tierney is described as a white female, 5’0” tall, petite build with reddish-brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what she was last wearing. She is without her vehicle, cell phone, and important medication.

Tierney’s medical condition is such that there is a real concern for her safety. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Newark police at 302-366-7111.
